In the video below, you will see a scene in which Monty is presented with the option of marrying Phoebe, or staying with Sibella. He uses Social Exchange Theory to weigh the benefits and costs of choosing each woman. He mostly shows the Cost-Benefit Analysis and the Comparison level of Alternatives when he accepts Phoebe's marriage proposal and starts to think if Sibella would be better to commit to.
